How it works:

  1. Choose a weekend:
    A-FULL WEEKEND RETREAT - Friday evening to Sunday at noon
    B- FULL DAY URBAN RETREAT - Saturday or Sunday
    C- MINI RETREAT - Book off a Friday evening through to a Saturday afternoon or a Saturday through to a Sunday.

  2. Choose your guests. Who would you like to experience this magical weekend of self-care with?

  3. Choose your location -someone’s home, cabin, cottage or let me find a beautiful space for you.

  4. Plan your theme: ex: Mindfulness weekend, restorative yoga and meditation, Rest & Receive through movement, ceremony & slience, Self-care through movement, Nature, meditation and ceremony OR an entire weekend focused on self-love.

  5. THEN I will create a retreat honouring your unique needs!

  6. Show up and enjoy!
